The Career Foundation’s Leading Individuals to Employment (L.I.T.E) Program provides clients with information sessions designed to empower them with knowledge regarding the various programs and services they can access for further assistance with accomplishing their job-search goals.
The LITE session helps clients to begin to assess their needs. Upon completion of the session, participants are offered the opportunity to meet one on one with an Employment Consultant to discuss next steps and set up a plan of action.
