Who We Are:
A highly successful Job Search and Employment Placement Program Free Service Funded by Employment Ontario.
Our Goal:
To assist employers and jobseekers with securing suitable job placements.
What We Do:
- Secure job placements
- Provide individualized one-on-one support to address specific employment needs
- Offer pre-employment workshops and employment readiness training
- Advocate and negotiate between employers and jobseekers
- Advise jobseekers on labor market trends
Benefits:
- One-to-one individualized employment support
- Clients receive free access to training opportunities, employers, and job fairs
- Employer Partners receive a highly effective and FREE alternative to staffing agencies
Results:
Over 80 % of CTC clients have obtained and maintained employment.
Client Eligibility:
- Out of school
- Looking for full time work
- 15-30 years of age (*All ages are served at our CTC Scarborough location)
